What Is Your Return Policy? 

Dream Play Recreation is committed to service excellence and we’re pleased to offer you a 14 day return guarantee for many of our products; 14 calendar days from the date you receive your purchased product. All products must be in salable condition and be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. Dream Play Recreation will refund your purchase price minus all actual shipping costs, including to and from your ship location. We will also deduct a standard restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, including any applicable taxes. 

How Can I Return Your Product? 

If you wish to make a return, please call us at (636) 530-0055 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning an item. The RMA number must be on all boxes or parts returned. Once Dream Play Recreation have received your returned product, your purchase (net of applicable charges) will be refunded to the credit card originally used to make your purchase. Product returned to Dream Play Recreation without an authorized RA number, or returned more than 30 days after delivery of the product to you, or returned to Dream Play Recreation  “freight collect” does not qualify for a refund. Returns are NOT accepted on special order products not limited to oversized items. 

What If The Product Arrives With Missing, Damaged Or Defective Parts? 

We ask you to thoroughly review and inspect all component parts immediately when delivered, picked up or installed. Note any damages on the shipper’s paperwork prior to signing and photograph the damaged item. If there is any issue whatsoever, please call us at (636) 530-0055 within 5 days of product delivery and we will assist you with the issue.

Where And When Will You Ship My Order? 

We ship to many locations within continental USA. US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. For special shipping requests, please contact us at (636) 530-0055. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery once product has shipped, which will be delivered direct to your home via UPS Ground or Freight.


For larger orders delivered by a Freight Carrier Company, Curbside delivery signature will be required. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time for large items will be approximately 1 - 4 weeks from the time of order and varies by product. Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.

  • The freight company will contact you by phone to schedule a date and time window for delivery (generally a minimum of a four-hour window).
  • An adult (over the age of 21) must be available to accept, unload, inspect, and sign for the delivery. In the unlikely event of damage, the delivery receipt MUST state the damage before it is signed.
  • The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. Please be aware that the freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading or carrying your item from the truck.
  • Your package is likely to be heavy and large. Therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to assist you in unloading and carrying your item.
  • The total shipping charge does not include removal of cartons or assembly of your basketball system.
  • Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with un-packaging or set-up. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, you can cancel the order if it has not been shipped. Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled by phone, as emails are not recognized as a cancellation notice. In our commitment to customer service, please be assured that if your order has been shipped, you may return any unwanted items after you receive them in accordance with the Dream Play Recreation Return Policy.

Product Availability

Dream Play Recreation makes every effort to provide you with the products you order. If you have placed an order which subsequently becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately to remedy the situation. This may include placing your order on backorder, or we may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with any alternative products, Dream Play Recreation will cancel your order and refund your purchase. Dream Play Recreation reserves the right to make changes to our products, including the discontinuance of such products.

Payment & Sales Taxes

When purchasing your product from Dream Play Recreation, you may pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Pay Pal. We will process your payment before shipping your Dream Play Recreation product and the charge on your credit card statement will appear as “Dream Play Recreation”. We charge sales tax for some orders shipped to the states of Missouri, and others.

Online Security

You can order securely and with confidence from Dream Play Recreation. Our privacy policy outlines our full privacy protection commitment. We confirm we do not store any credit card information, and confirm we look after your personal details with care. No details are provided to third party providers, outside of shipping information required to deliver your order.

Game Room Return Policy 

Escalade Sports wants you to be 100% satisfied. If our products do not meet your 100% satisfaction, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Process for Standard Return Shipping

Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You can reach us at 800.426.1421 or customerservice@escaladesports.com.

Pack items in original packaging and include Return Authorization Number on the package. UPS is our preferred carrier, however, if you choose another carrier, we they provide insurance and tracking information.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip and include the order number from the original order in the address

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status.

Typical return processing takes 30 days. Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit. You will be notified you via email once your return is processed and the credit has been issued.
